1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours from the time of courier delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

A courier pre-opening video is mandatory for defective product claims or courier-related disputes.

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are non-returnable.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return/exchange your item:

1. Email us at taatvikafashion@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and issue details.


2. Attach the courier pre-opening video showing any damage or defect.


3. Once approved, securely pack the item and send it to the provided address.


4. After inspection, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability; otherwise, store credit or a refund will be offered.


4. Important Notes

No returns will be accepted without a courier pre-opening video.

Returns due to size issues are allowed only for standard products, not customized items.

Products without original tags, packaging, or signs of wear will not be eligible for return.
