• We currently do not offer alterations for online purchases.
• Alterations are available for in-store purchases and may incur additional charges depending on the complexity of the request.

Return Policy

• Online Purchases: We accept returns within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

• Sale and Discounted Items: These items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

• Customized Orders: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  Note: Customized items include but are not limited to, personalized prints, embroidery, or made-to-order sizes.

Exchange Policy

• Online Purchases: Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or style within 48 hours of receipt, subject to product availability.
• Customized Orders: No exchanges will be accepted for customized items.
• Exchange Conditions:
  • The item must be in original, unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value. If the exchange is for a higher-value item, the difference will be required.
  • If the desired size or style is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead of an exchange.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Store Credit: If an exchange is not possible, a store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund.
• Customized Orders: No refunds will be provided for customized, personalized, or made-to-order items, except in cases of defect or damage during production or shipping.

360-Degree Package Opening Video Requirement for Shipping Issues

• Shipping-Related Issues: To ensure transparency and avoid disputes regarding shipping-related issues, we require a 360-degree video of the package opening if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • This video should clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival and the item inside.
  • Failure to provide this video may result in an inability to process your return, exchange, or claim.
  • If the video reveals damage due to shipping, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as per the case.
