Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
A courier pre-opening video is mandatory for defective product claims or courier-related disputes.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return/exchange your item:

2. Attach the courier pre-opening video showing any damage or defect.
3. Once approved, securely pack the item and send it to the provided address.
4. After inspection, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
